STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP
A workshop on 'Stress management'was conducted by RMCC for KGES School on 11th July 2019 at Nathmal Garodia Hall. It was conducted by our RMCC professional.
The workshop began with an introduction to stress which the students face in their daily lives on a daily basis which led to an interactive discussion on what are the causes of stress and how it affects our body and mind. Importance of healthy food habits was also spoken about and students were made aware how junk food affects our emotional well being. Certain coping strategies like meditation, visualization techniques, Triple ‘A’ approach to deal with stress were introduced. Meditation and progressive muscle relaxation was also conducted as activities which helped the students calm down and relax.
Students were also informed about the importance of moderate stress and how it affects performance. It was an interactive workshop and ended on a successful note. The students were also enthusiastic about sharing their feed- backs.
