Associate Professor / Assistant Professor
Candidate should be PhD / Post Graduate as per AICTE / UGC / University of Mumbai norms with minimum 3 to 5 years of academic / industry experience in Mass Media & Communication / Media Management, Entertainment, Advertising, Journalism, Film/TV, Digital Marketing, Direction & Film Making, Cinematography, IT, Laws, Humanities and Social Sciences
Qualification: Candidates must have PhD / Post Graduate Degree in the relevant field / cleared NET/SET examination as per UGC / AICTE / University of Mumbai norms and regulations
Academic Experience:Candidate should have minimum of 3 to 5 years teaching experience in the relevant areas of specialization with reputed Media / Entertainment / Communication Institutes. Significant knowledge of theory and application in the area of specialization is essential.
Industry Experience:Candidates having Industry experience will be preferred.
Desirable:Candidate should have flair for teaching, high energy, enthusiasm and vision to build and work with faculty team. Able to teach both UG and PG courses. Must be an active researcher.
Candidate should be a Graduate / Diploma qualified with minimum of 3/5 years work experience in handling equipment’s like full frame cameras, lights, production control room, live recording system, Chroma screen, colour grading lab and other accessories related to film making process.
Candidate should be a Graduate / Post Graduate qualified with minimum 2 years work experience in Academic Institutions in handling correspondence, processing documents, attending to students, meeting University / DTE /AICTE documentation requirement.
Academic Administrator is required to ensure smooth functioning of UG and PG Programs.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- a. handling correspondence and meeting the requirements of University / DTE / Other regulatory authorities
- b. Arranging faculty feedback
- c. Managing visiting faculty appointments, payment of honorarium, etc.
- d. Ensuring all academic functions like TLP, assignments, evaluations, examinations, etc. are in place.
- e. Managing the timetable and academic calendar
- f. Administrating and coordinating with students for all matters related to assessment, examination, placement, etc.
